we wanted to do a refi of our hecm loan for better terms and to take a little
additional money out. hecm loans are a reverse loan for initial purchase.
they are fairly recent very involved transactions. Bill handled the initial loan,

I was lucky to have Bill and his team help me resucue my mortgage. I was initially in a 10 year ARM and Rescue mortgage helped me with a refi to a 29 year Fixed rate at the same rate my inital 10 year ARM was. In a little over a week I was able to work with Rescue mortgage to gather my documents and get the go ahead for cleared to close. Couldnt be any happier.
